Monthly audit


According to Section 634 of the Condominium Act, each building must have an Auditor elected to the management board. The Auditor’s responsibilities include checking the work of the Building Manager (selected from among the house residents or an External Management Company). The auditor checks the accounting book of expenses and income, the work performed to improve housing conditions, and the documentation etc.
