As Pratik Ev Yönetim, we carefully control the dues and additional advance payments in the buildings we manage. We send information about debts at the end and middle of the month. Debtors who are in arrears for more than three months and who don’t provide a valid reason or request a deferment of payment are subject to legal proceedings to recover the debt.

At the end of each month, we send to residents of the house detailed and transparent income and expense reports. The reports show current cash balances, dues, the building’s debt to service providers, and cash flow planning for the future.

At the end of the year, the Annual Activity Report, the Property Payments Report, the Budget and Expenditures Evaluation Report, the New Budget Planning and Dues Determination Report, and the Building’s General Operation Performance Report are prepared for the Ordinary Meeting.
