Our responsibilities as a building representative:
- Organization of regular and extraordinary meetings of property owners;
- Implement the decisions taken in the meetings;
- Collect and control dues payments (Aidat);
- Keeping accounting books of income and expenses;
- Building technical support and repair;
- Representing property owners as trustee under the Condominium Ownership Act.
Services we provide as a trusted person:
- Identification of problems in the building and provision to the owners;
- Determining the annual budget and the amount of Aidat in accordance to the needs of the house;
- To be a representative of the house in government institutions;
- Eliminate deficiencies of the building in government institutions;
- Monitoring of standart building needs – electricity, water, cleaning, elevator, technical issues, pest control, gardening, water treatment, swimming pool, etc.;
- If necessary, collecting offer for major repairs of the building and organizing the work;
- Preparing easy-to-understand monthly and annual financial reports;
- IT support (using a fully automated database system);
- Language support for foreigners (English, Russian).
At any time, we can provide you with information about decisions made at house meetings and recorded in the “book of decisions”, income, expenses and debts of the building.

Controlling the general documentation and technical deficiencies of a building. The result is provided to House Residents in the form of a report.

Decision making
Assessment of the technical deficiencies of the building. Making decision for elimination of defects of the building together with the House Residents.

Implementation of decisions
Evaluation of subcontractors’ proposals in accordance with the list and order of work.
