  • Collection of subcontractors’ proposals for the realisation of work to improve housing conditions (heating, repair and insulation of the facade of the house, etc.). Evaluation and selection according to the criterion “the best quality of performance at a reasonable price”.

At any time, we can provide you with information about decisions made in meetings at building and recorded in the “decision book”, the building’s income, expenses and debts. In addition, we will regularly provide you with the necessary information in the form of a report.
We conduct our business in conjunction with a Financial Consultant and in accordance with the Legislation.
The building manager can be selected from among the property owners (except for exceptional solutions). However, there are situations when a building manager, chosen from among the property owners, unable to organize meetings of house owners to make general decisions on improving living conditions, and to organize the necessary work, unable to collect contributions for building maintenance, unable to initiate legal proceedings, etc. These reasons lead to conflicts between neighbors.
